This hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs. First - free shuttle from the airport at regular intervals. Uber and taxis are silly-expensive, so just having the shuttle will save you a bunch. Check-in was quick with friendly staff that made it easy. You can leave your luggage in a secure room while sightseeing. Breakfast was just fine - scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, English muffins, blueberry muffins- was great for me. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here 2 nights - one while arriving in SF for vacation and one when leaving. I would gladly do so again next time I am in the area.
This place is well positioned for an overnight stay after flying into SFO, and is easy to find with parking available. The rooms are older, but large (we booked a King Deluxe room) and comfortable. It's reasonably priced and has a nice small lobby area, with a complimentary breakfast if you want a quick bite. The elevators are older but still work. Overall we had a good night's sleep after a long day travelling. Only slight downsides were there was some construction happening when we visited with noisy machinery/tools being used, but it stopped before it got too late into the day/evening. Also there was a delay checking in due to their systems being down at the time and no back-up manual check-in possible at the time, so that was slightly frustrating after a really long day, but not enough to put me off staying here again if I need a cheap and cheerful place near the airport. NB: we didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and was quiet on the day we stayed.
I've stayed at a few hotels near SFO and this one is nicer than most. Very clean, smells nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. There's a Japanese restaurant attached that has good food and great service. Will definitely stay here again.
We needed a place to stay close to SFO airport. Nice clean room - very dog friendly. Has a little dog park in front if the hotel & our dog got welcome treats. Breakfast even starts at 4:30 am. Shuttle drivers to airport very friendly. Front desk receptionist on Thanksgiving evening was friendly, helpful - found us a place to eat. Want very authentic Chinese food? 5 min walk to Won Kok Chinese Restaurant - best Cantonese food in the U.S. and as good as food in Guangzhou! Hotel has a beautiful pool plaza in the center area of the hotel grounds. Looks like a mini resort! Work out facility next to it. Reception has a BIG selection of food, drinks, snacks and microwave meals & ramen. Sushi bar restaurant connected to this hotel. Highly recommend this well-managed hotel!
5 stars to La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Francisco Airport West, but honestly, it's really all about Anna! The early morning receptionist was AMAZING - super helpful and made our arrival after a looong 12+ hour flight a breeze. Room was clean, comfy, and perfect for a crash . Don't need fancy, just need great staff like Anna . Highly recommend staying here just for her!
Close to the airport. Very clean rooms, quiet location. Lots of options for breakfast and restaurants in the area. I love the little court yard. Definitely will stay here again.
This is a great place to stay right near the airport. The price is very competitive compared to other places nearby. It’s clean and the bed was comfy. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors quite easily but I’d still stay here again.
Stayed here for our last night in San Francisco since it’s super close to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. We had a bedroom with a kitchen, which was really nice and convenient. The location is great too, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a comfortable and easy stay.
